Role & responsibilities

1. Presales Manager:

- Graduate in any discipline
• 6-9 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales roles
• Real estate pre-sales experience strongly preferred

Team Management & Leadership
• Lead and manage the pre-sales telecalling team to achieve lead generation and site visit targets
• Train, mentor, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and quality customer engagement
• Allocate leads and track individual team performance metrics

Lead Generation & Qualification
• Oversee outbound calling activities for marketing and campaign-generated leads
• Ensure proper lead qualification before passing prospects to the sales team
• Monitor call quality, follow-up discipline, and CRM updates

Sales & Marketing Coordination
• Work closely with marketing teams on campaign lead management and follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely scheduling of site visits and meetings




• Track conversion ratios from leads to site visits and support improvement initiatives

Process & Reporting
• Establish structured calling processes, scripts, and follow-up frameworks
• Monitor daily call reports, lead status updates, and campaign performance
• Prepare MIS reports on lead generation, conversions, and team productivity

Customer Experience
• Ensure consistent and skilled communication with prospective customers
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement
• Ensure timely responses and smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team

2. Presales Telecaller :

Graduate in any discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, or customer engagement roles
• Experience in real estate tele calling or real estate lead generation preferred
