URGENT HIRING | SHIFT ENGINEER FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Position: Shift Engineer Facility Management

Location: Talawade, Wiekfield, V Tech & SP Infocity 4B

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day facility engineering operations during the assigned shift.
- Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building utility systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor DG sets, UPS, transformers, LT panels, pumps, motors, AHUs, chillers, and other MEP equipment, as applicable.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service contractors for maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily shift reports, equipment logs, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and client SOPs.
- Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.




- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending maintenance activities to the next shift.
- Respond to client complaints and ensure timely service delivery.

Candidate Profile

- 2 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, commercial facilities, IT parks, or industrial facilities.
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Positive technical troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
