Role: Senior AI/LLM Developer

Location: Pune (Hybrid) UK timezone/overlap

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical AI/LLM Developer to partner closely with our Technical Product Manager (TPM). In this role, you will lead the architecture, implementation, and fine-tuning of a specialized Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystem designed to process, query, and manage complex EMV product specifications for our D-PAS Technical Specification (DTS) team.

The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise in LLM development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and prompt engineering, alongside a solid grasp of complex technical standards and payment network domain schemas (such as EMVCo, payment security protocols, and ISO specifications).

- Experience: 4+ years of software engineering experience,



with at least 2+ years dedicated to LLM application development, agentic frameworks, and vector search systems.

Technical Stack:

- Languages: Python (expert-level proficiency).
- LLM Frameworks: Claude Code, Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Guidance, DSPy, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Vector Databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- API Development: FastAPI, Flask, or gRPC for microservice integration.
- Evaluations & Monitoring: RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix, or custom evaluation frameworks.
- Domain Awareness: Experience working with complex technical specifications, ISO standards, structured payment/EMV specifications, Payment Network technology, or POS/Kernel software development.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and progress clearly to product managers and cross-functional teams.
