Experienced and customer-focused Travel Expert should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in travel planning and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and customizing domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Conduct client calls, visits, and office meetings to understand travel requirements and develop business relationships.
- Handle travel bookings and coordinate hotel reservations, flight tickets, and other travel-related arrangements.
- Provide guidance and assistance with visa and passport application processes.
- Promote travel packages, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions based on their preferences and budgets.
- Address client queries and provide support before, during,
and after the tour to ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- 13 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience in hotel bookings, flight bookings, VISA processing, and passport services.
- Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office.
- Negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Diploma / Degree in Tourism will be the additional advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and documentation.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
