Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
- Handle hiring mandates across Manufacturing, Engineering, Software/IT, with the flexibility to work across diverse industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless stakeholder management.
- Source candidates through multiple platforms beyond Naukri, including LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to Business Development activities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Location: Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore
