Key Responsibilities

1. Purchase Orders & Work Orders: Draft, review and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs), ensuring alignment with approved quotations, BOQs and commercial terms.
2. Vendor Bill Certification: Verify and process contractor/vendor bills based on site-certified quantities, agreed rates, contractual terms, advances, and applicable deductions.
3. Change Orders & Variations: Prepare, evaluate, and process change orders, extra items, and rate variations, maintaining proper documentation and approvals.
4. Tendering Support: Assist in preparation of tender documents, floating enquiries, techno-commercial comparisons, negotiations, and vendor finalisation.
5. Contract Agreements: Support drafting, review, and finalisation of contractor/vendor agreements, LOAs and commercial terms and conditions.
6. Commercial Coordination: Coordinate with Project, PMC, Procurement,



Finance and consultants for timely approvals, bill processing, and resolution of commercial matters.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of contracts, POs/WOs, variations, payments, and commercial commitments, and prepare periodic MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements

1. QS Civil degree/ BE Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. 46 years of relevant experience in commercial/contracts management for building construction projects, preferably on the developer/client side.
3. Valuable understanding of BOQs, construction contracts, billing, rate analysis, and procurement processes.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and commercial correspondence.
5. Strong coordination, analytical and negotiation skills.
