Experience in handling of Plant Maintenance activities.

- Familiar PLC , VFD , SPM, Sensor, LVDT, DC tools, flow meter, Pr. transducer, testing machine, conveyor, Robot etc.
- Able to Carry Out VDF , PLC Maintenance.
- Able to have sound knowledge of doing Maintenance of Hydraulic System & Pneumatic system.
- Good knowledge of automation / robotics system maintenance.
- Adherence to 100 % PM plan. Attending all BD & PM activities.
- Able to maintain the maintenance Documents.
- Should have good Information about sensors, Switches and electrical / electronics trouble shooting.
- Able to Read and understand ladder , Control and Power Diagram.
- Should have Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen and 5s
- Experience in Utility O&M;
- Experience in Fabrication Shop Maintenance.




- Exposer of Short blasting machine & Manual Paint Booth maintenance.
- Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same.
- PLC Troubleshooting, program editing & modification and Maintenance.
- Read the mechanical drawing, hydraulic & pneumatic circuit diagram
- Robust Team leading, shift management, Assertiveness
- Strong knowledge in electrical utilities.
