We deliver BIM coordination, structural engineering, precast design and detailing, and rebar detailing for clients worldwide. All our design and BIM work is delivered from our offices in India. The role:

Lead ICE's Data Centre BIM practice and build it into a much larger, stronger team over the next two years. You will be the senior technical face of our DC BIM work. You will sit alongside BD in front of customers, and you will run the team that delivers the work.

This is a hands on leadership role. You will own delivery, people and growth for the practice, and work closely with the Director of BIM Services and the leadership team.

What you'll do

Customers and business development

- Back BD technically: join pre sales and sales meetings, understand what the customer needs, and explain how we will deliver it.
- Shape proposals: define scope, LOD, deliverables, team size and timelines, and review pricing with BD so proposals are realistic and win work.
- Be the senior contact: build trusted relationships with client BIM managers, design leads and project directors.
- Grow accounts: spot new DC BIM opportunities with existing clients and help open new ones.

Delivery

- Oversee all DC projects: keep a clear view of every project through regular reporting, and make sure coordination, quality, schedule and budget hold.




- Own multidisciplinary coordination: make sure Arch, Structure, MEP and Fire models are coordinated, clash free and buildable, including dense white space, electrical and mechanical areas.
- Set standards: define and maintain BIM execution plans, modelling standards, QA/QC checks and templates aligned to ISO 19650 and client requirements.
- Handle escalations: step in quickly when a project or client relationship needs senior attention.

People and team

- Lead and grow the team: manage the existing team, reshape it where you see fit, and hire the right people to scale.
- Build leaders: develop team leads and BIM coordinators who can run projects on their own.
- Train and upskill: set up training on DC design, coordination and tools so quality stays high as the team grows.
- Keep good people: create a culture where strong performers want to stay and grow.

Resources and commercials

- Plan resources: forecast demand and allocate people across T&M; and fixed fee contracts.
- Protect margins: track utilisation, hours against budget and project profitability, and act early when numbers slip.
- Improve how we work: bring in automation, Dynamo scripts, families and workflows that save time and improve output.

What you bring:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Architecture, Civil or MEP. A Master's degree or BIM certification is a plus.
- 12+ years in BIM, with several data centre projects delivered end to end.




- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (Arch, Structure, MEP, Fire) in DC BIM.
- Good knowledge of how data centres work: white space, power and cooling systems, containment and services routing.
- Hands on experience with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACC. Dynamo knowledge is a plus.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650, BEPs and LOD requirements.
- Proven experience leading large BIM teams and managing several projects at once.
- Customer facing experience with international clients, ideally in the US, Europe, Middle East or APAC.
- Clear communication at every level, from modellers to client leadership.
- An organised planner with a sharp eye for detail.
