- Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality patient care.
- Supervise nursing staff and manage duty rosters.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing; GNM as per hospital criteria.
- 812 years of nursing experience, preferably in a multispecialty hospital.
- Experience in nursing administration and team management.
- Valid State Nursing Council registration.
- Knowledge of NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety.
- Robust leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
