We are hiring for an exciting Engineering Manager Vice President opportunity with a leading financial services organization in Pune.

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who can drive technology strategy, lead high-performing engineering teams, and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery and technical excellence.
- Drive engineering strategy, delivery planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Oversee large-scale distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and deployment pipeline optimization.
- Promote automation, system reliability, resilience, and SDLC improvements.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish engineering standards, code reviews, robust testing practices, and governance controls.

Key Skills Required:





- Strong engineering leadership and hands-on software engineering experience.
- Mobile technologies: React Native, iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and Android (Java/Kotlin).
- Web technologies: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure.
- Understanding of AI-native, Agentic AI, and multi-agent architectures.
- Distributed systems, event-driven architecture, automation, reliability, and SDLC optimization.
- Strong people management, strategic thinking, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
