Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of credit officers to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify recent business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop strategies for cross-selling MFI products.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor loan disbursements, collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay updated on industry developments.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in microfinance or rural finance sector.
- Strong understanding of group sales principles and practices in an NBFC environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship management skills.
