About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Support the HR team in offer management and onboarding activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring records.
