- Timely Completion of Cost effective Engineering Drawing, enahanced quality.
- Design the Machine / System as per the customer's input.
- Material Selection for Part & cost effective Design.
- Calculation & Selection of Bought Out items such as motor & Gearbox, Guideways -bearing, ball screw, Pneumatic cylinders etc.
- To attain the project kickoff meeting ; accordingly understand the job.
- To create 3D models, detailed drawings & preparation of SAP BOM.
- To prepare the documents such as VTOP documentation & operation manual.
- Make the 3D Basic Concept Design & Auto Cad Layout .
- Individual Assembly Design & drafting,3D Printing Part Design & Manufacturing.
- Site Support from Design .
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have in basic knowledge of packaging automation system for cartoners, case packers, palletising systems, pneumatic & servo selection.
- 2 + years of relevant work experience.
- Qualified technical experience in mechanical design, preferably in machine automation engineering. Functional knowledge of SolidWorks / 3D CAD, 2D CAD software,AutoCAD.
