Job Description-

- Worked as a Business Analyst for Oracle Siebel CRM applications and CRM enhancement projects.
- Gathered and analyzed business requirements from stakeholders and business users.
- Prepared Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow documents.
- Conducted requirement gathering workshops, client meetings, and gap analysis sessions.
- Coordinated with development, testing, and support teams for successful project delivery.
- Translated business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Worked closely with CRM users to understand business processes and system improvement needs.
- Prepared use cases, user stories,



workflows, and functional design documents.
