Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and active Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The candidate will assist in achieving sales targets, handle customer communication, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely order execution and delivery.




- Generate sales reports and MIS reports.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Requirements & Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support / Coordination.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and basic sales tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Presentable, active, and customer-focused personality.
- Female candidates preferred.
