B2B Sales Manager - Office Furniture (7+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven B2B Sales Manager with 7+ years in Furniture industry, particularly in Office Furniture, Customized Furniture, Modular Workstations & Corporate Workspace Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual targets. Acquire new B2B customers - Corporates, IT Companies, MNCs, Startups. Generate business for customized office furniture, workstations, conference tables, office chairs, storage units.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relations with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, contractors. Conduct product presentations, negotiations. Manage key accounts for repeat business.
3. Project Sales & Order Management: Understand requirements and coordinate with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Production & Project teams. Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals. Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
4. Commercial Negotiations & Revenue Growth: Negotiate pricing,



payment terms, contracts ensuring profitability. Track revenue, order bookings, collections, sales forecasts.
5. Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities in corporate offices, co-working spaces, commercial interiors. Represent company at exhibitions.

Locations: Bangalore (Jigani - HO), Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad Work Mode: In Office, Field Sales

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 7+ years B2B Sales in Office Furniture / Modular Furniture / Furniture Industry ONLY
- Solid network of corporate clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, CRE
- Proven experience in project sales, corporate sales, key account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Willing to travel for client meetings
