Umi Capital is looking for an experienced and driven Managers for Fixed Income Sales (B2B). The ideal candidate will be a mid to senior fixed income professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and robust experience in NCDs / Credit Papers, a well-established investor network across

- Family Offices
- Wealth Managers
- Corporate Treasuries
- IFA
- Mutual Funds
- Banks treasury
- Financial Institutions
- Institutional Investors
- HNIs and other debt investors

Key Responsibilities

- Sell BBB- to AA+ debentures /NCD at volume in B2B market. Ideally above 500 Cr + in a year
- Build a strong investor pipeline and ensure regular engagement with key institutional and large-ticket investors.
- Develop market intelligence around pricing, investor appetite, credit spreads, liquidity, and competing issuances.




- Take ownership of business targets, team performance

Preferred candidate profile

1. 2-10 years of work experience in fixed income B2B sales.
2. Demonstrated volume of more than 500 Cr in a single year for papers in A to AA category
3. Experience in companies like Tipsons , AK , Yubi etc is a plus
