Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Support budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking and financial planning for HR-related activities.

- Performance Reporting: Monitor financial performance against plans, investigate variances and provide meaningful analysis to support business decisions.

- Workforce Reporting: Prepare and maintain headcount reports and related management information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Data and Insights:



Analyse financial and workforce data to identify trends, highlight risks and support planning decisions.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor-related activities, expense tracking and associated operational processes.

- Controls and Process Improvement: Support financial controls, documentation standards and improvements to reporting processes.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with HR, Finance and other relevant teams to meet reporting and planning requirements.

Role Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, corporate functions or consulting.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, expense management or P&L; analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and workforce data.

- Experience in headcount reporting, vendor management or management information.

- Strong Excel, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outputs in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred: Experience supporting HR functions or working in global financial or professional services.
