Key Responsibilities:

PLC Programming & SCADA Systems: Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and configure SCADA systems for monitoring and control of automation processes.

XFD Configuration: Integrate XFD systems effectively with PLC and SCADA platforms, ensuring reliable data communication and process control.

Electrical Panel Design: Design control panels, select components, and create wiring diagrams according to industry standards and project requirements.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Test systems, optimize performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation, commissioning, or operation.

Documentation & Client Support: Maintain detailed documentation for design, configuration, and troubleshooting, and provide support during installation and commissioning phases.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Post-graduation in Industrial Automation, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience with PLC programming,



SCADA configuration, XFD, and electrical panel design.

Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, XFD configuration, and panel design.

Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

HMI Design: Experience with designing user-friendly interfaces for controlling automated systems.

VFD Integration: Hands-on experience connecting VFDs with PLCs to optimize motor control.

Communication Protocols: Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus for smooth data flow between devices.

Safety Standards: Knowledge of key safety standards to ensure compliance and minimize risks in automation systems.
