Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of Auditorium Operator.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and manage auditorium audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, LED screens, and lighting systems.
- Handle technical arrangements for seminars, conferences, workshops, cultural programmes, and institutional events.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of auditorium equipment.
- Coordinate with event organizers, faculty members, administrative staff, and technical teams.
- Manage stage lighting, sound settings, and presentation systems during events.
- Conduct pre-event technical checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain records of equipment usage and report technical faults to the concerned department.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate.




- Relevant experience in auditorium, sound, lighting, or AV equipment operation will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual systems, microphones, projectors, LED displays, and lighting controls.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work during institutional events, including extended hours when required.
