Reporting to Senior Finance Manager.

Commerce graduate with 4 to 7 years audit experience in Manufacturing industry.

Responsible to

- Conduct periodic physical verification of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, and consumables.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system stock and identify discrepancies.
- Check inventory valuation, obsolete stock, slow-moving items, and non-moving inventory.
- Verify purchase orders, purchase requisitions, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and supplier invoices.
- Check compliance with the company's procurement policies and approval procedures.
- Check compliance with accounting policies and internal financial controls.
- Identify accounting errors irregular transactions, and potential financial risks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, and various procedures approved by management.
- Review documentation and record-keeping practices across departments.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits, and other external audits as required.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.




- Prepare audit observations, findings, and supporting evidences.
- Highlight discrepancies, control failures, and process deviations.
- Prepare audit reports with recommendations and action plans.
- Close monitoring with concerned departments for closure of audit observations.
- Must be willing to travel between different locations of the company as per predetermined schedules.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar software.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and internal audit procedures. inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM, WIP, and finished goods accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and identify discrepancies.

Minimum age 30 years.
