1. Requirement :

Service Engineers/Technical Engineers for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, troubleshooting, and customer support for industrial coding and marking printers.

2. Scope of Work

The Service Engineer shall be responsible for:

* Installation and commissioning of CIJ printers, Laser Marking Machines & thermal Inkjet Printers at customer locations

* Preventive maintenance and breakdown service

* Troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, mechanical and software-related issues

* Customer complaint handling and technical support

* Printer demonstration and operator training

* Maintaining service reports for every customer visit

* Recording check-in and check-out timings

* Providing technical feedback to the service coordinator





* Maintaining required service tools and basic spare parts

* Supporting customer trials and machine commissioning

* Travelling to customer locations as required

3. Required Qualification

* Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering

* 13 years of relevant industrial service experience preferred

* Knowledge of industrial Electrical/ Electronics will be an advantage

* Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

* Willingness to travel to customer locations

* Two-wheeler/driving licence preferred
