Manager / Sr. Manager Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies to ensure reliable, sustainable and costeffective supplies.

• Identify, Evaluate New Suppliers (CMO/CDMO)and Negotiate.

• Develop and Implement SOPs for the Sourcing.

• Build and maintain a robust base of strategic suppliers for long-term business associations.

• Must have experience in Pharma Sourcing, particularly for Finished goods from thirdparty manufacturers and Loan Licensing (Particularly for Export Market)

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify Trends, Opportunities, and Potential risks in the supply chain.

• Monitor supplier Performance, Including Quality, Delivery, Cost and Implement Improvement Plans as necessary.

• Develop and implement effective risk Mitigation plans.

• Manage, Guide and coach the Sourcing team to ensure effective Team Performance.

• Must have knowledge of the international pharmaceutical market and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs), Including logistic, BD, Accounts etc.





• Conduct Periodic reviews of the Sourcing team and Monitor Performance against defined KPIs/KRAs.

• Manage the Sourcing Budget, Track Expenditures, and Identify Opportunities for cost savings.

• Prepare MIS reports for Management Review.

Qualification :

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Pharmacy / MBA Preferred

• Certification in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience :

• 8 to 12 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.

• Must have experience in sourcing finished goods from third-party manufacturers and Loan Licensing partners for export Market

• Team Handling Experience.
