• Stator winding, rewinding and coil preparation
• Dismantling and assembling spindle motors and AC motors,Servo Motors,Drives,Encoder,Sensors.
• Identification of winding faults, insulation failures and electrical issues
• Coil winding, insertion, connection and insulation work
• Motor testing using appropriate electrical testing equipment
• Checking resistance, insulation, continuity and winding condition
• Support in spindle motor repair, rebuilding and restoration
• Perform quality checks during winding and assembly processes
• Maintain proper records of repair and testing activities
• Follow safety, quality and workshop procedures
Preferred candidate profile
ITI/Diploma/BE Electrical and electrronics
