AGM / DGM Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies to ensure reliable, sustainable and costeffective supplies.

• Identify, Evaluate Recent Suppliers CMO/CDMOs) and Negotiate.

• Develop and Implement SOPs for the Sourcing.

• Build and maintain a strong base of strategic suppliers for long-term business associations.

• Must have experience in Pharma Sourcing, particularly for Finished goods from third-party manufacturers and Loan Licensing (for Export Market).

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify Trends, Opportunities, and Potential risks in the supply chain.

• Monitor supplier Performance, Including Quality, Delivery, Cost and Implement Improvement Plans as necessary

• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation plans.

• Manage, guide, and coach the sourcing team to ensure effective team performance.

• Maintain knowledge of the international pharmaceutical market and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs), including Logistics, Business Development, and Accounts.





• Conduct periodic reviews of the sourcing team and monitor performance against defined KPIs/KRAs.

• Manage the sourcing budget, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Prepare MIS reports for management review.

• Lead teams, manage team performance, and coordinate day-to-day activities.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Pharmacy / MBA Preferred

• Certification in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience:

• 12 to 20 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.

• Must have experience in sourcing finished goods from third-party manufacturers and Loan Licensing partners for export Market

• Team Handling Experience.
