We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive Fresher to join our Accounts Finance team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, documentation, billing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.

- Record receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting entries.

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.

- Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.

- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

- Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and PT related work.

- Support the preparation of monthly reports and statements.

- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices, and payment-related documents.

- Assist during audits and provide required documents.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

- Perform other accounts-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.





- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel will be an advantage.

- Positive numerical and analytical skills.

- Good attention to detail.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

- Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Education

B.Com/BBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification

Preferred

- Basic knowledge of Tally or any accounting ERP.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Candidates from a manufacturing, engineering, or similar industry background will be preferred.
