Hiring: Sr. Sales Professional FMCG

Location: South Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 8-13 years in FMCG sales (General Trade)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage primary and secondary sales.
- Valuable to have exposure in product like- Edible Oil & Spice
- Acquisition new distributor for expand the networks
- Develop and manage distributor networks.
- Drive sales growth, market expansion, and target achievement.
- Lead a team of 7-8 sales professionals.
- Strong hold by monitoring distributor performance, market coverage, and collections.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in edible oil and spices preferred.
- Strong market knowledge of South Kolkata-( Bhavanipur, Khidirpur, Behala, Garia, and Jadavpur)
- Established distributor relationships in South Kolkata.
- Experience handling monthly business of 80 lakh1 crore or above.
