Years of experience- 4 - 12 Years

1. Salary & Experience -Team Lead ( 4 Years - 7 Years ) 5LPA- 8.50LPA
2. Salary & Experience- Assistant Manager (7 Years- 10 Years ) 7LPA- 11LPA
3. Salary & Experience- Manager (8 Years- 12 Years) 10LPA - 16LPA

Must have strong exposure in- People Management, Attrition Management, Shrinkage Management, SLA & KPI.

Notice Period- Immediate Joiner Only.

Qualification- Any Graduate & Postgraduate.

Important Note- can not be consider more than 1 years career gap in between qualifications and work experience.

Shift- Versatile to work in US shift.

Skills Required

1. Must have worked as a international voice customer service role.

2. Should have strong people management & analytical skills.

3. Should have worked in shrinkage management, client management, attrition management, stakeholder management, inbound & outbound calls handling.

4.Expertise in Lean Sigma

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Familiar with MS office.
