Role Description The Asst Manager Pricing role is a full-time, on-site position based in India. The individual in this role will be responsible for preparing competitive freight and logistics quotations, analyzing cost structures, and recommending optimal pricing strategies for various trade lanes and service offerings.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating with sales and operations teams to gather rate requirements, negotiating with carriers and vendors,



and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and tenders. The role involves monitoring market trends, benchmarking competitor rates, and maintaining updated pricing databases and tariff records.

Pricing will also contribute to margin improvement initiatives, support bid management, and prepare regular reports and presentations on pricing performance and profitability.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to interpret cost data, margins, and market rates.
- Sound understanding of freight forwarding, logistics operations, and international trade concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data analysis, reporting, and pricing simulations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, operations, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple quotations, deadlines, and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in pricing, sales support, or freight forwarding within the logistics industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in India and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
