We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and/or client management experience to join the Expert Team. The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders, supporting strategic engagements, conducting market research, and delivering actionable insights to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders on strategic projects and business-critical engagements.
2. Leverage insurance industry knowledge and client-handling experience to understand business requirements and develop relevant insights.
3. Lead project execution, including market research, industry analysis, presentations, and client deliverables.
4. Conduct market mapping and identify, assess, and prioritize relevant industry professionals using internal networks and external research.
5. Support business development initiatives, pitch preparation, and the development of industry insights.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
7. Build and maintain strong professional networks to gather market intelligence and support project outcomes.
8. Contribute to knowledge management, team collaboration, and the development of junior team members.

Requirements

1. 7+ years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry, consulting, research, or client-facing roles.
2. Strong insurance domain knowledge and/or demonstrated experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
3. Experience in market research,



industry analysis, strategic project execution, or business insights will be an advantage.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
5. Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively across geographies, and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
8. Experience with research databases and market intelligence tools is an added advantage.
9. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, learning agility, and robust relationship-building skills.
