Role Description The Associate Risk Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for assessing, monitoring, and reporting on operational and financial risks related to PInterview’s online platform and services. This position involves analyzing data from user activities, financial transactions, and internal processes to identify potential risk exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.

The Associate Risk

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and product, to support informed decision-making and improve internal controls. Daily activities include preparing risk reports, supporting compliance with internal policies,



contributing to risk frameworks and models, and communicating findings in a clear, structured manner. The role also includes assisting with the development of best practices to safeguard platform integrity and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for risk-related insights.
- Experience or foundational knowledge in risk analysis, including identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks.
- Understanding of finance principles and financial metrics relevant to risk assessment and business performance.
- Ability to work with statistics and basic statistical methods to support data-driven risk evaluations.
- Explicit and professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools; familiarity with risk management frameworks or consulting environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team setting.
