Requirements

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, systems development, or enterprise solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as Blue Prism or equivalent.
- Experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale automation solutions.
- Strong background in software development using .NET and/or Java.
- Experience with API development, system integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
- Good understanding of Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience working with Azure cloud services and contemporary enterprise technology stacks.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation and intelligent solutions implementation.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.




- Ability to create and review technical designs, infrastructure designs, deployment architectures, and engineering artefacts.
- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering standards, security, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
- Experience mentoring engineers, developers, and automation specialists.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform, Blue Prism, or related technologies are desirable.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Provide engineering leadership across automation, digitization, AI, integration, and software engineering initiatives.
- Own engineering standards, frameworks, reusable patterns, and development best practices.
- Translate approved solution designs into scalable and implementable engineering approaches.
- Design and review technical architectures, deployment models, infrastructure solutions, and integration strategies.
- Drive engineering quality, security, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence across solutions.




- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex engineering and automation challenges.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and operational standards.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support governance, architecture, security, and production-readiness reviews.
- Build proof-of-concepts, technical prototypes, reusable components, and solution accelerators.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to development and automation teams.
- Lead implementation of RPA solutions and support intelligent automation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, developers, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams to improve technical capability and delivery maturity.
- Promote reusable engineering assets and standardization across automation and digitization initiatives.
- Ensure solutions are deployment-ready, supportable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing technical debt and improving engineering efficiency.
- Provide technical assurance across solution implementation, deployment, and production support.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives leveraging automation, AI, cloud, and low-code platforms to improve business outcomes.
