Role Overview

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Associate Manager-Operations to manage B2B heavy vehicle driver operations and oversee end-to-end fuel supply chain activities in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring timely and safe fuel deliveries, managing fleet operations, optimizing operational costs, and improving service efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate B2B heavy vehicle drivers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
- Oversee day-to-day fuel supply chain and fleet operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor and improve On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance across operations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure effective utilization of vehicles and resources.
- Track operational performance through MIS, reports, and data analytics.
- Coordinate with regional operations teams, logistics partners, vendors, and senior management.
- Handle driver-related issues, operational escalations, and on-ground challenges.




- Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4 - 10 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain management.
- Candidates from the Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Fuel Distribution, or Oil Marketing industries will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing heavy commercial vehicle drivers and on-ground fleet operations.
- Understanding of fuel transportation, distribution, and supply chain processes will be an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and operational data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad's regional logistics network and operational landscape will be preferred.
