We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Manager - Bancassurance (Business Planning Manager) to join our Bancassurance team at Yes Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bancassurance, business planning, and team leadership. They will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, and driving growth in our bancassurance business.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. A minimum of 5 years of experience in bancassurance and business planning is required.

What does the job entail?

- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability in the Bancassurance segment

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business plans with overall bank strategy

- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to inform business decisions





- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to achieve business objectives

- Identify and capitalize on current business opportunities and partnerships

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners

- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure business stays competitive
