Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer, Video Editor & Social Media Manager to manage video production, content creation and social media activities for our caf and food brands.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently shooting, editing and publishing engaging content, especially Instagram Reels, food videos, promotional campaigns and brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs of food, beverages, caf interiors, products and events.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook business pages.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Research trending audio, hashtags, formats and creative concepts.
- Write captions and schedule regular social media posts.
- Develop content for product launches, offers, festivals and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics, reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Coordinate in office shoots and ensure consistent brand presentation.

Candidate Requirements

- 13 years of relevant experience in videography, video editing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.
- Ability to independently handle shooting, editing and content publishing.
- Experience with cafs, restaurants, food brands or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- A portfolio or showreel of previously created videos is mandatory.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail and good time-management skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: 20,000–30,000, depending on skills and experience.
