We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage field sales activities, develop customer relationships, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. Responsibilities

- Drive field sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Generate leads, follow up on sales enquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare daily sales reports, maintain customer records, and update sales activities in the CRM system.




- Use MS Word and MS Excel for sales documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Experience using CRM software for lead management, customer follow-ups, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
