*Candidate Requirements: *

- *Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering*
- *Experience: 36 years*
- *ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

1-: Supervise all MEP works (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, electrical, ELV systems, etc.) at the project site.

2:- Coordinate between MEP subcontractors, civil contractors, and other trades.

3 :- Ensure installation works follow approved shop drawings, specifications, approved Method Statement, approved standard Installation Drawings and project schedules.

4 :- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks in accordance with the checklist of approved Method statement.

5:- Monitor daily work progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.





6 :-Assist in planning and sequencing of MEP activities for smooth execution.

7:- Identify site issues or delays and take corrective action.

8 :-Ensure that MEP installations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality standards.

9:- Conduct inspections and testing in coordination with QA/QC teams and consultants.

10 :-Participate in safety toolbox talks, TBSC and promote a safety-first culture.
