Position : Trademark Attorney

Company : INNOVAR IP

Location : Andheri East, Opposite Gundavali Metro Station

Working days : 5 days a week

Duties and Responsibilities

- Trademark (TM) portfolio management of the Company
- Filing and Prosecution of new TM and Renewal (Domestic & International)
- Conducting TM availability search (Domestic & International)
- Drafting and Filing of Oppositions, Rectifications, Evidences and Counter-statements
- Drafting and filing notices for TM infringement and replying to such notices
- Handling TM litigation, involving filing and defending suits pertaining to TM infringement and enforcement




- Experience in drafting Plaints/Pleadings pertaining to TM infringement/Passing off and independently arguing matters before Courts/Tribunal will be preferred

Qualification :

LLB

Experience

- 5-10 Years of Experience.
- Excellent Drafting Skills
- Strong command over Spoken & Written English
- Detail oriented with analytical mindset and leadership ability
- Secure team player and strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Either currently working or having worked in a Law Firm
