We are looking for a skilled Manager to lead our billing, QS, and tendering team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the billing process for commercial, high-rise, and residential building projects.

- Develop and implement effective estimation and tendering strategies to secure recent business opportunities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract management and MIS reporting.

- Prepare and submit bids for tenders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth and improvement opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.





Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in billing, QS, and tendering roles.

- Strong knowledge of commercial, high-rise, and residential building projects.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

- Experience in managing contracts and preparing reports is desirable.

- Must currently be in Mumbai to attend face-to-face interviews.
