- Ensure every ingredient coming from supply partners is protected and consistent. Directly responsible for quality, certifications, approvals of suppliers plants. Product specifications, quality programs, third party validations.
- Food Safety of all ingredients from plant, during logistics and final cooking Regulatory.
- Product scale up from NPD lab to commercial run delivering same product delivery at optimum cost. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and conformation to food safety practices and assist in documentation involving GFSI, FSMS, Food Safety.
- Person should be practical, go getter with technical authority and positive approach. Must have interpersonal skills to deal with different departmental teams
