Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Reduction in overdue receivables and improvement in collection efficiency.
- DSO performance against agreed targets.
- Accuracy and timeliness of daily AR reports and weekly management reporting.
- Adherence to approved customer credit limits and timely escalation of credit breaches.
- Timely completion of customer credit assessments and master data activities.
- Accuracy and timeliness of bank collection reconciliation.
- Completion of monthly RPT, ARCS and FCCS activities within prescribed timelines.
- Timely submission of expected collection forecasts and month-end closure confirmations.
- Accuracy of quarterly ECL, write-off and write-back schedules.
- Reduction in aged receivables, unapplied receipts and unresolved reconciliation items.
