Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive specification sales and business development for architectural projects.
- Build relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and fabricators.
- Generate project specifications and convert them into business opportunities.
- Track faade, fenestration, and building material projects from inception to closure.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth within the assigned region.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in specification/project sales within coatings, faade, fenestration, or building materials.
- Strong network with architects, developers, consultants, and fabricators.
- Proven experience in project specification, conversion, and business development.
- Valuable exposure to faade and fenestration projects.
- Experience in architectural powder coatings.
- Education in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
