Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and DSA (Direct Sales Agent).
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth and market share.
- Build robust relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and DSA (Direct Sales Agent).
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to develop targeted campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
