- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of public health programmes, with a focus on health systems strengthening and coordination of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) initiatives.
- Assist in developing policy briefs, operational guidelines, and programme-related notes to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and stakeholder engagement, undertake periodic programme implementation reviews, identify operational gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical, analytical, and advisory support to the State Programme Management Unit (State PMU) to strengthen programme delivery, improve coordination, and ensure effective implementation of public health priorities.
