Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, digital inquiries, channel partners, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Handle prospective buyers and understand their property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain project details, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, property presentations, and project walkthroughs.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants to generate business.
- Maintain customer databases, lead trackers, sales pipelines, and follow-up records.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to booking and documentation.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and customer relationship teams for booking formalities and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, customer preferences,



and prevailing property prices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure transparent communication regarding project specifications, pricing, possession timelines, and payment terms.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in real estate sales, residential property sales, or commercial property sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Positive understanding of the local property market and customer buying behaviour.
- Ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
