Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, from purchase requisition to order processing and delivery.
- Float RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from vendors.
- Create and release Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP MM.
- Coordinate with suppliers and follow up to ensure timely material delivery.
- Develop new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Prepare comparative statements, analyze prices, and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase data, and reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with stores, planning, accounts,



and other internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with the SAP MM module is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
- Experience in vendor development, quotation analysis, and price negotiation.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. interested candidate share profile on (phone hidden)
