Position- HR Executive - Recruitment

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Talent Acquisition

- Accountable for Talent Acquisition for all sales division as well as corporate office in Mumbai
- Worked with HR head to build up and execute robust the Talent Acquisition policy and process in the organization
- Responsible for Complete Talent Acquisition Cycle - Sourcing, Short listing, Scheduling, Preliminary screening, HR round of interviews, Salary negotiation, Offer letter generation and post offer follow ups)
- Creation of Job description for all the recent/critical vacancies and keep a record of the existing job descriptions for the future reference
- Understanding the requirement of Business units and provide the manpower to the respective business units on time
- Liaising with external vendors/consultants and keep follow up with them to close critical vacancies at faster pace
- Utilization of available possible resources ( Job Portal, References, Job postings, Consultants, Social websites etc) to close the critical vacancies with minimum TAT
