Role & responsibilities To be innovative, adaptable, and quality conscious while delivering on client engagements, candidates, coordinating with clients, external vendors & connecting with various recruiters/HR contributing to internal processes of the organization. To deliver on stretched targets and extended goals as and when required.Support laid-off professionals by guiding them through the Career Transition program and helping them become job-ready through continuous support.

1. Explain the Career Transition program to laid-off candidates and onboard them.
2. Regularly connect with candidates to understand their concerns, provide emotional support, and guide them.
3. Help candidates improve their resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
4. Coordination with Coaches to schedule the coaching sessions based on Coachs experience and domain/industry.
5.



Conduct weekly follow-ups through calls and emails to track progress.
6. Share job market insights and hiring trends to keep candidates informed.
7. Adherence to internal processes & contribute to internal activities
