Role & responsibilities
- Monitor loan applications and identify potential risks.
- Verify customer details, business activities, and repayment capacity.
- Conduct field visits and verify customer information, residence, and business.
- Identify suspicious cases, potential fraud, and policy violations.
- Review loan files and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor overdue accounts and identify high-risk customers.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve risk-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments at branches.
- Prepare risk reports and share observations with senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
- Support the Risk Manager in improving risk control processes.
- Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
