The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining food and beverage service standards, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth coordination between the restaurant and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.

- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high standards of hospitality.

- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure proper allocation of duties.

- Ensure all guests are welcomed with a warm greeting and Namaskar.

- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table setup, ambience, and overall presentation.

- Ensure proper food and beverage service as per hotel SOPs.

- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.

- Coordinate with the Kitchen Team to ensure timely and accurate food service.

- Monitor staff grooming, personal hygiene, uniform, and discipline.

- Conduct daily briefings and regular training for restaurant associates.

- Monitor restaurant inventory, operating supplies, and breakage control.

- Ensure correct billing procedures and smooth payment handling.

- Monitor buffet setup, food presentation, replenishment, and service standards.

- Ensure compliance with food safety,



hygiene, and sanitation standards.

- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluation.

- Support upselling initiatives and maximize restaurant revenue.

- Prepare daily operational reports and share feedback with the Restaurant Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.

- Valuable communication and leadership skills.

- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

- Ability to manage teams and handle operational challenges.

- Knowledge of POS systems, billing, and inventory management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
